She works directly with customers as an information source for products and as an educational resource so customers can learn about the diversity of resources in Sri Lanka. Addie is proud of the company’s growth and the many certifications LakEssence has obtained. “I am most proud of our company for meeting so many international standards to ensure our products are safe and traceable,” she says.
